释义	法律分析: 我国的民法典对合同无效的诉讼时效作出了规定。一般情况下，已经被确认是无效合同的，那么不适用合同的诉讼时效。因为通常是从确认合同无效请求权的性质进行分析，确认合同无效请求权虽表面上会被称为请求权，但其性质是实体法.上的形成权。所以不属于诉讼时效的客体，不适用诉讼时效的制度。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十八条第一款向人民法院请求保护民事权利的诉讼时效期间为三年。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。
