网上诉讼立案过程有哪些有哪些 |

1、进入法院网上诉讼服务平台，一般情况下，除较大城市外，可选择受诉法院所属省的“法院网上诉讼服务平台”，如受诉法院为信阳地区的法院的，则搜索进入“河南法院网上诉讼服务平台”。
2、找到“网上立案”选项点击进入登录页面，首次进行申请“网上立案”的，需要注册账号，账号注册成功后返回登录页面进行登录；登录页面除了普通的账号登录入口，下方还有律师专用通道，律师可凭执业证书编号进入登录页面。
3、进入登录页面后，选择“我要立案”，然后选择“预约法院”。在这个页面选好受诉法院。
4、填写起诉材料、证件材料、证据材料，完成后点击“确认提交”按钮。
诉讼的过程是什么？
1.写起诉状，首先将原被告双方的基本情况写清楚，然后列明诉讼请求(要求还款)，最后把事情的来龙去脉写清楚。
2.带上起诉状(按被告的人数提交副本)，证据(欠条或合同)原件及复印件到当地法院立案庭要求立案。
3.立案后，回家耐心等待。法院会给被告送达起诉状，举证通知，送达举证通知，被告的答辩状。确定开庭日期后会给送达传票，按照传票上的日期去法院参加庭审。
起诉条件：起诉应符合以下条件：原告是与本案有直接利害关系的公民、法人、和其他组织，有明确的被告，有具体的诉讼请求、事实和理由，属于人民法院受理案件的范围和诉讼人民法院有权管辖。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百零七条，公安机关或者人民检察院发现犯罪事实或者犯罪嫌疑人，应当按照管辖范围，立案侦查。
