释义	目前，我国已取消了驾驶证年检，而换发为长期驾驶证。也就是说无论您持有的是A、B、C等任何一种驾驶证，领取的驾驶证有效期都是一样的。不过，驾驶证不需要年检，但是到有效期时需要换证。法律依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第二十六条机动车驾驶人在机动车驾驶证的6年有效期内，每个记分周期均未达到12分的，换发10年有效期的机动车驾驶证;在机动车驾驶证的10年有效期内，每个记分周期均未达到12分的，换发长期有效的机动车驾驶证。
