释义	债权人只能通过诉讼方式行使代位权。因为只有通过法院裁判方式才能有效防止债权人滥用代位权，随意处分债务人的财产，不当侵犯债务人及第三人的合法权益，也能避免债权人与其他未行使代位权的债权人、债务人以及第三人之间因代位权的行使产生纠纷。法律依据《民法典》第五百三十五条：因债务人怠于行使其债权或者与该债权有关的从权利，影响债权人的到期债权实现的，债权人可以向人民法院请求以自己的名义代位行使债务人对相对人的权利，但是该权利专属于债务人自身的除外。
