释义	不可以。根据《烈士褒扬条例》的规定，对烈士家属由民政部颁发《烈士证明书》。烈士的家属为烈属，包括烈士的父母、配偶、子女和未满16周岁的弟妹和抚养烈士成长的其他亲属。烈士可按国家有关规定享受抚恤待遇。凡是按规定享受定期抚恤待遇的优抚对象死亡后，除发给当月定期抚恤金外，另加发半年的定期抚恤金作为丧葬补助费，同时注销定期抚恤金领取证。《优抚对象及其子女教育优待暂行办法》按该《办法》规定，可获得优待的对象分为退役士兵、残疾军人、烈士子女、因公牺牲军人子女、一级至四级残疾军人子女、现役军人子女。
