三轮车禁止上路政策 |

政府禁止骑行电动三轮车，原因是：电动三轮车速度过快，门槛太低，推高安全隐患。1、车流量增多，电车交通事故频发：街道上来往的行人和车流量也日益增多，因此交通事故也频繁发生。由于电三轮的保护措施很差，所以一旦发生交通事故，对驾驶人的伤害是非常大的。2、电动三轮车不允许上路行驶：在我国，电动三轮出现的时间并不是很长，国家还没有出台相应的标准，也就是说，现在的电动三轮车都是属于非法生产，按照规定是不允许上路行驶的。3、电动三轮车违规行驶的太多电三轮用来载客、拉客，在没有办理和拿到相关证件前，这种行为就属于非法营运行为；另外，不懂交通法规，乱闯乱撞，这样的违规驾驶很容易造成交通事故，对他人的人身安全造成很大威胁。

《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》
第十八条 依法应当登记的非机动车，经公安机关交通管理部门登记后，方可上道路行驶。 依法应当登记的非机动车的种类，由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府根据当地实际情况规定。 非机动车的外形尺寸、质量、制动器、车铃和夜间反光装置，应当符合非机动车安全技术标准。
