释义	可以离婚。但我国的婚姻的法律制度对现役军人的婚姻是予以特殊保护的。在离婚诉讼中，如军人不同意离婚，而且原婚姻基础和婚后感情较好，非军人一方又无重要、正当理由的，一般通过说服教育，调解或判决不准离婚；如果夫妻感情确已破裂，或军人一方有重大过错，婚姻已不能继续维持的，经调解和好无效的，则通过军人所在部队团以上政治机关向军人做好思想工作，调解或判决准予离婚。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零八十一条  现役军人的配偶要求离婚，应当征得军人同意，但是军人一方有重大过错的除外。
