释义	构成对违法票据承兑罪的处罚：1、构成本罪的，一般处以五年以下有期徒刑或拘役；2、因其对违法票据承兑的行为致使公私财物遭受特别重大损失的，则应处以五年以上有期徒刑。法律依据：《刑法》第一百八十九条银行或者其他金融机构的工作人员在票据业务中，对违反票据法规定的票据予以承兑、付款或者保证，造成重大损失的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；造成特别重大损失的，处五年以上有期徒刑。单位犯前款罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照前款的规定处罚。
