释义	根据我国法律的相关要求，收条在三年里具有法律效力。根据民法总则可以知道，当事人向人民法院请求民事权利的诉讼之日起的三年内为诉讼时效期。但是，如果当事人有其他特殊情况的，或是法律有其他规定的，应当向法官说明，并依照规定处理。诉讼时效期主要是指当事人知道权利受损之日起计算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十八条向人民法院请求保护民事权利的诉讼时效期间为三年。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。
