释义	劳动者试用期薪资不得低于劳动合同约定薪资的百分之八十或者本单位相同岗位最低档薪资，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低薪资标准。最低薪资标准是指劳动者在法定工作时间内或依法签订的劳动合同约定的工作时间内提供了正常劳动的前提下，用人单位依法应当支付的最低劳动报酬。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十条用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。用人单位拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬的，劳动者可以依法向当地人民法院申请支付令，人民法院应当依法发出支付令。
