释义	法律分析: 兼职是可以随时辞职的，因为兼职并不是每天的工作时间都不是固定的，不属于全日制用工，属于非全日制用工。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第六十九条非全日制用工双方当事人可以订立口头协议。从事非全日制用工的劳动者可以与一个或者一个以上用人单位订立劳动合同；但是，后订立的劳动合同不得影响先订立的劳动合同的履行。第七十一条非全日制用工双方当事人任何一方都可以随时通知对方终止用工。终止用工，用人单位不向劳动者支付经济补偿。
