生育保险待遇申领——到医疗生育待遇审核部门办理(社保局)——符合条件即可办理，凭办理凭证即可到银行领钱。
报销比例
以所在地上年度职工月平均工资为基数，按照一定的比例一次性支付。其中：
1、顺产为270%。
2、难产为320%。
3、剖腹产为420%。
二、引产费用可以用医保报销吗
引产是不属于医保范围的，这个需要自费的。据《女职工劳动保护特别规定》女职工怀孕未满4个月流产的，享受15天产假;怀孕满4个月流产的，享受42天产假。女职工生育或者流产的医疗费用，按照生育保险规定的项目和标准，对已经参加生育保险的，由生育保险基金支付;对未参加生育保险的，由用人单位支付。
三、成都社保医院报销比例是多少钱
门诊
1、报销范围：参保人员在个人选择的医疗保险定点医院或专科医院，中医医院和A类医院发生的普通门诊、急诊费用。
2、门诊起付线：一个自然年度内发生的普通门诊急诊费用累计超过1800元。
3、报销比例：1800元以上的部分，医院70%，社区90%，封顶线：2万元。
住院
1、报销范围：参保人员在个人选择的医疗保险定点医院或专科医院，中医医院和A类医院发生的住院费用。
2、住院起付线：一个自然年度内首次住院起付标准为1300元，以后每次650元。
3、报销比例：一级医院90%，二级医院87%，三级医院85%，住院累计报销30万元。
