释义	民政部在征求教育部、司法部、住房和城乡建设部、银监会等主要婚姻证明使用部门意见的基础上，下发了《民政部关于进一步规范(无)婚姻登记记录证明相关工作的通知》(以下简称“通知”)，通知规定：自文件发布之日起，除对涉台公证事项和哈萨克斯坦等9个国家的公证事项仍可继续出具证明，以保障大陆居民及我国公民的合法权益外，各地民政部门不再出具(无)婚姻登记记录证明。
