释义	企业在进行价格活动的时候，享有下列权利：（一）自主制定属于市场调节的价格；（二）在政府指导价规定的幅度内制定价格；（三）制定属于政府指导价、政府定价产品范围内的新产品的试销价格，特定产品除外；（四）检举、控告侵犯其依法自主定价权利的行为。风险提示：企业进行价格活动，应当遵守法律、法规，执行依法制定的政府指导价、政府定价和法定的价格干预措施、紧急措施。企业不得在标价之外加价出售商品，不得收取任何未予标明的费用。法律依据《中华人民共和国价格法》第十一条
