释义	财产分割的时候具有欺诈胁迫等情形的，可以在事后反悔，请求法院重新分割财产。如果双方在离婚协议书中有分割财产的条款，并且存在欺诈情形的，那受害方可以在离婚之后起诉到法院，请求撤销该条款，重新分割夫妻共同财产。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于适用<中华人民共和国民法典>婚姻家庭编的解释（一）》第七十条夫妻双方协议离婚后就财产分割问题反悔，请求撤销财产分割协议的，人民法院应当受理。人民法院审理后，未发现订立财产分割协议时存在欺诈、胁迫等情形的，应当依法驳回当事人的诉讼请求。
