释义	法律分析：一般情况下，如果借条中已经约定还款期限的，诉讼时效从还款期限届满的次日起计算满3年；如果借条中没有约定还款期，那借款人可以随时还钱。出借人也可催借款人在合理期限内还钱，诉讼时效从出借人主张返还的第二天起开始算满3年。如果约定了还款日，那从还款期限届满的第二天起算满3年。没有约定还款日的，那从出具欠条的那天起算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十七条借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
