释义	地役权是用益物权的一种。指因通行、取水、排水等需要，通过签订合同，利用他人的不动产，以提高自己不动产效益的权利。如甲工厂原有东门可以出入，后想开西门，借用乙工厂的道路通行。甲工厂与乙工厂约定，甲工厂向乙工厂适当支付使用费，乙工厂允许甲工厂的人员通行。这时甲工厂即取得了“地役权”。
