释义	购房合同丢失的，如果还没有进行预售登记，可以和开发商协商补办合同将丢失的合同作废，重新签订合同；如果已经进行预售登记，可以在报纸上刊登声明合同作废，三个月内没有异议的，可以申请注销，并重新签订合同。【法律依据】《民法典》第五百四十三条，当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。《城市商品房预售管理办法》第十条第一款，商品房预售，开发经营企业应当与承购人签订商品房预售合同。预售人应当在签约之日起30日内持商品房预售合同向县级以上人民政府房地产管理部门和土地管理部门办理登记备案手续。
