释义	离婚起诉流程： 1、到被告所在地人民法院提交起诉状； 2、等待法院立案受理，符合起诉条件的，一般在七日内立案； 3、人民法院在立案之日起五日内将起诉状副本发送被告，被告在收到之日起十五日内提出答辩状； 4、准备证据，等待开庭。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零七十七条自婚姻登记机关收到离婚登记申请之日起三十日内，任何一方不愿意离婚的，可以向婚姻登记机关撤回离婚登记申请。前款规定期限届满后三十日内，双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请发给离婚证;未申请的，视为撤回离婚登记申请。
