释义	伪证罪立案标准如下：具有下列情形之一的，应予立案：1、伪证行为足以使他人受到刑事处罚或者轻罪重判的;2、伪证行为足以使犯罪分子逃避刑事处罚或者重罪轻判的;3、伪证行为造成冤、假、错案的;4、国家工作人员利用职务，为走私、套汇、投机倒把、贪污、贿赂、重大盗窃、贩毒、盗运珍贵文物出口等经济犯罪分子销毁、隐匿罪证或者制造伪证的;5、由于伪证行为，致使他人自杀或精神失常的;6、伪证行为造成其他严重后果的。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零五条
