释义	法律分析：企业法人申请办理法定代表人变更登记，应向原企业登记机关提交以下文件：(一)对企业原法定代表人的免职文件；(二)新任企业法定代表人的任职文件；(三)由企业原法定代表人签署的变更登记申请书。在现实经济活动中，经常有一些已经不具备任职资格的企业法定代表人，出于种种目的，不同意更换法定代表人，甚至利用手中的职权阻碍作出变更决议，或者拒绝签署变更登记申请表。法律依据：《公司登记管理条例》第三十条公司变更法定代表人的，应当自变更决议或者决定作出之日起30日内申请变更登记。
