释义	自然人犯骗取贷款、票据承兑、金融票证罪，处3年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金；给银行或者其他金融机构造成重大损失或者由其他严重情节的，处3年以上7年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。单位犯骗取贷款、票据承兑、金融票证罪，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照自然人犯本罪的规定处罚。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百七十五条之一
