释义	从匝道进入高速公路，必须打左转向灯，在确定主车道安全的前提下，进入主车道。驶离高速公路的，要打右转向灯。如果有此类违章，说明没有按规定打转向灯。根据规定，进出匝道时不按规定打转向灯罚款200元，记0分；进入高速时没做好观察、强行汇入，有妨碍主线车辆正常行驶行为的，一样也是罚款200元不记分。【法律依据】《道路交通安全法》第九十条，机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
