释义	法律分析：孕妇在一般情况下是不会被拘留的，无论是行政拘留还是刑事拘留都并不适用于孕妇。法律依据：《拘留所条例实施办法》第十八条被拘留人有下列情形之一的，拘留所不予收拘，并出具不予收拘通知书，通知拘留决定机关：(一) 不满16周岁或者已满70周岁的;(二) 已满16周岁不满18周岁，初次违反治安管理的;(三) 怀孕或者哺乳自己不满一周岁婴儿的;(四) 被拘留审查的人患有严重疾病的;(五) 不宜适用拘留审查的其他情形。
