释义	法律分析：对于一般的赠与合同,赠与人在转移赠与财产的权利之前可以撤销赠与。受赠人的权利 1、具有救灾、扶贫等社会公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同或者经过公证的赠与合同，赠与人不交付赠与的财产的，受赠人可以要求交付; 2、赠与人故意或者重大过失致使赠与的财产毁损、灭失，造成受赠人损失的，受赠人可要求赠与人承担损害赔偿责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十七条赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。
