释义	法律分析：根据我国《道路交通安全法》第三十五条规定，机动车、非机动车实行右侧通行。机动车驾驶人应遵守法律规定，按照规定的方向行驶，否则构成交通违章，而城市道路机动车逆复向行驶的有两种情况，一个是逆向车道行驶违法行为需要一次记3分罚款人民币100元；另外一种情况是闯禁行驶的需要一次记3分罚款人民币200元。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
