释义	法律分析：刑法规定，拘役期限为一个月以上六个月以下，数罪并罚不得超过一年。拘役的刑期从判决执行之日起计算，即从犯罪分子实际执行拘役开始计算。对于虽已作出拘役判决，但犯罪分子尚未交付公安机关执行的，还不能算判决执行之日，不能开始计算刑期。法律依据：《刑法》第四十二条拘役的期限拘役的期限，为一个月以上六个月以下。第四十四条拘役刑期的计算和折抵拘役的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算;判决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期一日。
