释义	当事人事后协议解除合同，只要当事人协商一致，并不因此违反法律、法规和社会公共利益，就可以解除合同;当事人依约定或依法定解除合同，当约定条件出现或法定条件成就时，解除权人如果选择解除合同，应当以书面形式通知对方当事人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第464条合同是民事主体之间设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的协议。依法成立的合同，受法律保护。
