释义	反倾销强制应诉是指依照法律规定的被告必须到庭应原告起诉进行答辩的，不应诉的可以采取强制手段应诉。反倾销是指对外国商品在本国市场上的倾销所采取的抵制措施。一般是对倾销的外国商品除征收一般进口税外，再增收附加税，使其不能廉价出售，此种附加税称为“反倾销税”。反倾销的最终补救措施是对倾销产品征收反倾销税。征收反倾销税的数额可以等于倾销幅度，也可以低于倾销幅度。法律依据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》第五十三条
