问题	立功的概念和条件
释义	立功，是指犯罪分子揭发他人的犯罪行为，查证属实的，或者提供重要线索，从而得以侦破其他案件的行为。立功的条件，主要包括： (1)主体是犯罪分子，即被采取强制措施的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人和正在服刑的罪犯。 (2)立功的行为内容有两种，一种是揭发他人犯罪行为，查证属实的，另外一种是提供重要线索，从而得以侦破其他案件的。 (3)立功必须具有效果，或者所揭发的他人犯罪最终查证属实，或者所提供的线索使其他案件得以侦破。如果没有效果，不能被认定为立功。
