释义	不可以。我国《民法典》规定：“赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。具有救灾、扶贫等社会公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同或者经过公证的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。”由此可知，普通赠与合同可以撤销，但是向灾区捐赠的救灾合同不能撤销。“抗震救灾”明显具有社会公益性质，因其性质的特殊，赠与人一般不得撤销相关赠与合同。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条
