释义	法律分析：即使是无偿的委托合同，受托人一样要尽到委托注意义务，不得故意或者过失的损害委托人或者第三人(你这里的致第三人损害实质上也就对委托人造成了损害)，只是注意义务没有有偿委托合同所要求的高。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百二十九条有偿的委托合同，因受托人的过错造成委托人损失的，委托人可以请求赔偿损失。无偿的委托合同，因受托人的故意或者重大过失造成委托人损失的，委托人可以请求赔偿损失。受托人超越权限造成委托人损失的，应当赔偿损失。
