法律分析：劳动合同不可以随时离职，劳动者辞职的，只需要提前一个月以书面的形式通知用人单位就可以解除劳动关系。劳动者提前30天提出的书面离职，不需要用人单位批准就可以离职。其中，试用期提前3天书面提出；用人单位有义务结清工资办理离职手续。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
