释义	债务转让的要求如下：(一)须有有效债务存在。债务有效存在是债务承担的前提，债务自始无效或者承担时已经消灭，即使当事人之间约定了债务的移转，也不发生债务移转的效力。(二)被转移的债务应当具有可转移性。(三)形式要件。依据《民法典》的规定，法律、行政法规规定转让权利或者转移义务应当办理批准、登记等手续，依照其规定。(四)第三人须与债务人就债务的转移达成合意。(五)债务转让须经债权人的同意。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条
