问题	介绍贿赂立案标准
释义	涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案：1、介绍个人向国家工作人员行贿，数额在2万元以上的；介绍单位向国家工作人员行贿，数额在20万元以上的；2、介绍贿赂数额不满上述标准，但具有下列情形之一的：（1）为使行贿人获取非法利益而介绍贿赂的；（2）3次以上或者为3人以上介绍贿赂的；（3）向党政领导、司法工作人员、行政执法人员介绍贿赂的；（4）致使国家或者社会利益遭受重大损失的。从轻情节:介绍贿赂人在被追诉前主动交待介绍贿赂行为的，可以减轻处罚或者免除处罚。（《刑法》第三百九十二条第二款）。
