问题	我国刑法对侵犯商业秘密罪的立案规定?
释义	侵犯商业秘密，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉:(一)给商业秘密权利人造成损失数额在五十万元以上的；(二)因侵犯商业秘密违法所得数额在五十万元以上的；(三)致使商业秘密权利人破产的；(四)其他给商业秘密权利人造成重大损失的情形。法律依据《最高人民检察院公安部关于公安机关管辖的刑事案件立案追诉标准的规定（二）》第七十三条
