释义	法律分析：企业采用非全日制用工形式，也必须与劳动者签订劳动。当然，劳动合同在形式、内容等方面可以与全日制用工的劳动合同有所不同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第六十九条非全日制用工双方当事人可以订立口头协议。从事非全日制用工的劳动者可以与一个或者一个以上用人单位订立劳动合同;但是，后订立的劳动合同不得影响先订立的劳动合同的履行。
