释义	法律分析: 个人提炼黄金需要得到政府批准。私自不能炼金子。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国金银管理条例》第九条从事金银生产（包括矿藏生产和冶炼副产）的厂矿企业、农村社队、部队和个人所采炼的金银，必须全部交售给中国人民银行，不得自行销售、交换和留用。前款所列生产单位，对生产过程中的金银成品和半成品，必须按照有关规定加强管理，不得私自销售和处理。第十二条个人出售金银，必须卖给中国人民银行。
