释义	法律分析：（一）父母双方同意（二）通过民政部门办理民政抚养手续。法律依据：《中华人民共和国收养法》第十条生父母送养子女，须双方共同送养。生父母一方不明或者查找不到的可以单方送养。有配偶者收养子女，须夫妻共同收养。也即是说，送养孩子必须得经过生父母双方的同意，且有双方共同送养。如果是未婚生子的，也应征得孩子的生父的同意才能将孩子送养。除非孩子生父下落不明或者查找不到的，否则就违反了《收养法》的规定。
