释义	法律分析：对于犯罪分子的假释,由执行机关向中级以上人民法院提出假释建议书。人民法院应当组成合议庭进行审理,对符合假释条件的,裁定予以假释。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十一条被判处有期徒刑的犯罪分子，执行原判刑期二分之一以上，被判处无期徒刑的犯罪分子，实际执行十三年以上，如果认真遵守监规，接受教育改造，确有悔改表现，没有再犯罪的危险的，可以假释。如果有特殊情况，经最高人民法院核准，可以不受上述执行刑期的限制。
