释义	1、违法行为是指特定的法律主体(个人或单位)由于主观上的过错所实施或导致的、具有一定社会危害性、依法应当追究责任的行为。违法概念有广义和狭义之分。广义的违法是指一切违反现行法律规定的行为，包括一般违法行为和犯罪。狭义的违法，则是指严重地违反法律，但未构成犯罪的行为。2、侵权行为是民事主体违反民事义务，侵害他人合法权益，依法应当承担民事责任的行为。行为人由于过错侵害人身、财产和其他合法权益，依法应承担民事责任的不法行为，以及依照法律特殊规定应当承担民事责任的其他侵害行为。
