释义	做工伤鉴定不可以作假。在伤残鉴定时是由劳动能力鉴定委员会要求三到五名专家共同鉴定的。工伤鉴定的结果是具有法律效力的，故而对于鉴定人员的资质、鉴定程序等都是由严格要求的，对于有作假嫌疑的，不会产生法律效力。【法律依据】《工伤保险条例》第二十三条，劳动能力鉴定由用人单位、工伤职工或者其近亲属向设区的市级劳动能力鉴定委员会提出申请，并提供工伤认定决定和职工工伤医疗的有关资料。
