释义	法律分析：介绍贿赂罪处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金。涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案，1、介绍个人向国家工作人员行贿，数额在二万元以上的；介绍单位向国家工作人员行贿，数额在二十万元以上的；2、介绍贿赂数额不满上述标准，但具有下列情形之一的，（1）为使行贿人莸取非法利益而介绍贿赂的等等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百九十二条向国家工作人员介绍贿赂，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金。介绍贿赂人在被追诉前主动交待介绍贿赂行为的，可以减轻处罚或者免除处罚。
