释义	法律分析: 企业驰名商标认定的办法:收集相关证据，证明商标满足为相关公众所熟知、具有一定的使用时间、有作为驰名商标受保护的记录等条件，由商标局、商标评审委员会或人民法院依认定为驰名商标。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国商标法实施条例》》第十四条申请商标注册的，申请人应当提交其身份证明文件。商标注册申请人的名义与所提交的证明文件应当一致。前款关于申请人提交其身份证明文件的规定适用于向商标局提出的办理变更、转让、续展、异议、撤销等其他商标事宜。
