公司法人变更的资料作假了有效吗

法律分析:
法人变更提供虚假材料取得变更登记的，变更登记是无效的，由公司登记机关责令改正。根据我国相关法律规定，提交虚假材料或者采取其他欺诈手段隐瞒重要事实，取得公司登记的，由公司登记机关责令改正，处以5万元以上50万元以下的罚款。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》 第三十条 公司变更法定代表人的，应当自变更决议或者决定作出之日起30日内申请变更登记。
