无效合同的概念及特征是什么呢？
释义
无效合同是指合同虽然已经成立，但因其严重欠缺有效要件，在法律上不按当事人之间的合意赋予其法律效力。
无效合同的特征如下:
1、具有违法性;
2、具有不履行性;
3、无效合同自始无效。
法律罩漏依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十五条 依法成物扰烂立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是李谈法律另有规定的除外。
