释义	指使部属违反职责罪是指指挥人员滥用职权，指使部属进行违反职责的活动，造成严重后果的行为。涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案：（一）造成重大任务不能完成或者迟缓完成的；（二）造成死亡一人以上，或者重伤二人以上，或者重伤一人、轻伤三人以上，或者轻伤五人以上的；（三）造成武器装备、军事设施、军用物资或者其他财产损毁，直接经济损失二十万元以上，或者直接经济损失、间接经济损失合计一百万元以上的；（四）造成其他严重后果的。法律依据《军人违反职责罪案件立案标准的规定》第八条
