释义	不合法。按照劳动法第44条规定，在标准工作日内安排加班的，支付不低于工资的150%的工资报酬；休息日安排加班又不能安排补休的，支付不低于工资的200%的工资报酬；法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于300%的工资报酬。加班不给加班费怎么办而且还强制加班如果单位拒不支付加班费的，可以向劳动监察部门投诉举报。法律依据《劳动法》第44条
