释义	法律分析：有相关规定，暴雨必须达到一定的程度，才可认定为不可抗力。不可抗力有三个要素：不能预见、不能避免、不能克服。一般指地震、泥石流、战争、瘟疫等。暴雨通常不属于不可抗力。因为暴雨只符合“不能避免”的标准，不一定符合“不能预见”和“不能克服”的标准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十条因不可抗力不能履行民事义务的，不承担民事责任。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。不可抗力是不能预见、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况。
