一、未成年抢劫罪如何认定
1、未成年抢劫罪的认定如下：如果是未满十四周岁的，则不需要承担刑事责任;如果是已满十四周岁，则应当认定抢劫罪，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
2、法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第十七条，已满十六周岁的人犯罪，应当负刑事责任。已满十四周岁不满十六周岁的人，犯故意杀人、故意伤害致人重伤或者死亡、强奸、抢劫、贩卖毒品、放火、爆炸、投放危险物质罪的，应当负刑事责任。已满十二周岁不满十四周岁的人，犯故意杀人、故意伤害罪，致人死亡或者以特别残忍手段致人重伤造成严重残疾，情节恶劣，经最高人民检察院核准追诉的，应当负刑事责任。
二、未成年人抢劫定罪标准是什么
1、抢劫罪是指以非法占有为目的，当场使用暴力、胁迫或者其他方法，强行立即夺取公私财物的行为。只要未成年人实施了抢劫行为，就构成抢劫罪。
2、本罪的主体是年满十四周岁的人。
3、在主观方面，本罪只能由直接故意构成，故意的内容必须以非法占有公私财物为目的。
4、侵犯的客体是复杂客体，也称作双重客体，即不仅侵犯了公私财物所有权，同时也侵犯了被害人的人身权利，往往造成人身伤亡。但是，它的最终目的，还是为了抢劫财物，只是它使用的手段，也侵犯了人身权利，所以把它归入侵犯财产罪中。
